Welcome to the 2022 Club Season Registration with Colorado Springs Altitude!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information for your player and parent(s). Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is provided accurately. 

If you are the "parent" member of CSA Sports Engine, please login and continue. If you are not a member of CSA Sports Engine yet, this will take you through registration process.  An adult needs to be the one filling this out for the player.  The adult either signs in with current login information and completes the registration or signs themselves up for Sports Engine, gets the confirmation link in their email, and then signs the player up for the 2022 season.  If you have any questions, before you complete this, please call Chris Sweeney at 648-3755
